Christine M. Carsky

Chris has an extensive base of experience with her primary focus as a litigator.  Her litigation practice includes guardianship, real estate, divorces and personal injury. 
 
She enjoys helping families and businesses navigate difficult transitions like aging parents, estate administration and will contests, separations, divorces and establishing and restructuring businesses. 
 
Clients retain Chris because of the depth of her professional experience and her judgment, intuition, strong advocacy and leadership skills, and her commitment to the best possible outcome for every one of her clients.

Chris has successfully prosecuted personal injury cases, represented buyers, sellers, brokers and developers in real estate transactions and litigation including partitions, ejectment and adverse possession, and handled contract, construction and labor-related claims, litigation and mediation.  She represents the largest independent real estate company in New York State.  She also has represented homeowners’ associations and municipal governments and their boards, and currently represents a local ethics board.
