Margaret D. Place is an Associate Attorney with Dowling Law, PLLC. She represents not-for-profit and for-profit organizations in corporate governance, labor and employment, and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Dowling Law, she was an Assistant District Attorney in Warren County, New York.
Ms. Place earned her J.D. in 2014 from Albany Law School, where she was a Managing Editor for Research and Writing for the Albany Government Law Review and a recipient of the President’s Scholarship. She was admitted to the New York State bar in January 2015. Ms. Place received her B.A., Summa cum laude, from SUNY Cortland in 2010.
